Positions:
Accountant/CPA (Partner Level)
Partner-level Accountant/CPA who desires significant responsibility and works well under pressure. Practice areas include small/mid-size business compilations, reviews and preparations, corporate and individual taxes, financial institution and construction contractor audits, and financial estate planning. Salary commensurate with production. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who is wants to be involved in financial planning.
Accountant (Full Time or Part Time)
Must have BS/BA in Accounting and excellent computer skills. Practice areas include small/mid-size business compilations, reviews and preparations, corporate and individual taxes, financial institution and construction contractor audits, and financial estate planning. Candidate must be a self-starter who is goal and results oriented.
Bookkeeper (Part Time with possibility of Full Time)
Organized, energetic individual with prior bookkeeping experience in a CPA/accounting firm. Excellent computer skills required. Responsibilities include processing payroll for business clients, preparing quarterly payroll tax returns, making payroll tax deposits for clients, gathering data to prepare quarterly financial statements and bank reconciliations, handling client meetings and inquiries, A/R and A/P, and providing administrative support to accountants. Must display initiative to complete projects and take an active role in the growth and development of the firm. The successful candidate will be attentive to detail and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision. Flexible schedule.
Intern (Part Time with possibility of Full Time)
We have opportunities for college interns throughout the year. Must be Accounting major and able to work 20 or more hours each week. Excellent computer skills required. Responsibilities include assisting accountants with audits, preparation of business financial statements and corporate and individual income tax returns, completion of financial planning documentation and various administrative tasks.
